• Responsibilities:

  1.Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of tool-related documents; 

  2. Formulate and complete the tool optimization plan and abnormal tool improvement plan;

  3. Formulate and complete the goal of reducing tool cost;

  4. Coordinate and solve the technical problems of cutting tools on the production site and provide technical support;

  5. Be responsible for technical information exchange with tool suppliers;

  6. Conduct technical guidance and training for tool adjustment and inspection personnel for tool acceptance of new projects;

  7. Formulate the tool purchase order according to the production requirements; Maintenance of tool setting instrument.

  Job requirements:

  1. College degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering, with more than 3 years of experience in tool management;

  2. Familiar with office software and AUTO CAD software.
