• Responsibilities:

  1. Under the guidance of the superior leaders, implement the relevant requirements of the company's quality management system, be responsible for the check and verification of the quality early planning, the introduction of mass production quality planning, process control, analysis and improvement, and achieve the quality objectives;

  2. Quality pre-planning and mass production handover, quality process monitoring management, product customer service management, and product quality continuous improvement management;

  3. Assist superior leaders to complete relevant quality reports, quality talent team building activities, special quality improvement, etc.

  
  

  Job requirements:

  1. Under 45 years old, majored in machinery, engaged in quality management of aluminum die-casting and auto parts industry for more than 3 years;

  2. Familiar with die-casting and machining process in auto parts industry;

  3. Familiar with quality management techniques and 16949, VDA systems, and the ability to solve quality problems using tools such as 8D;

  4. Excellent coordination, communication, organization and planning ability to help the quality department achieve quality KPI objectives, such as the reduction of internal nonconforming products, effective and rapid resolution of quality problems complained by external customers, etc.
