Machining Engineer

• Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in the development of new products, and be responsible for the preparation and verification of machining process improvement, technical transformation, technical progress plan and production process adjustment plan;

  2. Prepare and improve the process and technical data of the products that have been produced in batches, such as process procedures, process cards, process operation instructions, QC project management tables, and be responsible for the correctness and feasibility of the technical data;

  3. Be responsible for guiding and solving the debugging work of tooling and fixtures on the machining production site, cooperating with the machining workshop in the design and continuous improvement of product process, tooling and various auxiliary tools, and improving the machining process on the site.

  
  

  Job requirements:

  1. Over 25 years old, full-time college degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering;

  2. Have more than 3 years of experience in new product development and technical management, and skillfully use 2D/3D software for product modification design;

  3. Have strong professional technical theoretical knowledge and strong independent development and innovation ability;

  4. Be familiar with IATF16949 quality management system standards, APQP development process, and be able to develop products according to this requirement.
